On behalf of CZ PLAST s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), with its registered office at Kostěnice 173, 530 02 Pardubice, we are asking you for your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of a potential business relationship.

(for a business, also the company name, registration number and registered office), contact details (email address, telephone, mailing address), transaction data, information from telephone records or other interactions between you and us. The above personal data may be processed both manually and automatically and will be processed solely for the purposes listed above and will not be passed on to other persons (except for the exceptions set out above), nor will it be made available for inspection by any other recipients of personal data.

CZ PLAST s.r.o. (the controller) will process personal data only for the necessary duration of the contractual relationship (or the contracts mentioned above) and for the exercise of the related legal claims. If you do not become our customer, your consent will be valid for 5 years from the date of its granting.

Consent is voluntary, therefore, at any time you have the right to rectification and deletion of personal data, as well as the right to limit the processing of personal data and the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, subject to the conditions set out in the relevant regulations.

You also have the right to check your data in the database at any time or to request CZ PLAST s.r.o. to issue it to you in a machine-readable format. This request should be addressed to the email address obchod@czplast.com or in writing to the registered office of CZ PLAST s.r.o., Kostěnice 173, 530 02 Pardubice.
